Dr Stephanie was inspired to become a chiropractor after chiropractic care was part of her recovery from a bout of glandular fever at age 17. It opened up a world of understanding that overall health can be dramatically improved by caring for the spine and nervous system. She has since dedicated her professional life to the chiropractic and holistic health cause, particularly in the areas of women’s health, paediatrics and pregnancy, and family health.
Staying close to nature — whether hiking, horse riding or snowboarding in her spare time – keeps her grounded and rejuvenated. Her superpower is that she’s a green thumb in her bountiful garden.
Dr Stephanie is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) and a Master of Chiropractic. She is trained in various chiropractic techniques as well as paediatrics, pregnancy, postural correction, rehabilitation, plus nutrition and women’s health.
